Redownloading Manual

I bought the Mobile Home Repair Manual a while back. Due to a computer crash I lost ( I know, back up, funny seeing as I work in IT and I did not back up my files) the manual. I have contacted Aberdeen a few times and each time was told they would send me another download link. This has been a month ago and still no emails from them. Is there a way to redownload the manual? I paid via paypal and still have the paypal receipt. Thanks

I have called the store 3 times and always got the same answer "They would send another download link" never got one, even gave them 2 different email addresses in case one was blocking them.
