popcorn ceiling

I have a mobile home with a flat ceiling which has the standard popcorn finish. Any suggestion on what to do to make it look like that of a stand stick-build.

Welcome to the site.
You can remove the popcorn easily enough. Although it is a messy job. Remove or cover all furniture form the area. Spray lightly with water, wait a few seconds and then you can scrap the popcorn off with a scraper.
To get a completed look you may need to sand, fill any divots created during removal, rime and paint.
