Hi. We have a 1979 single wide and unfortunately we are over the landing path of the airport. It has a flat coated roof . It's located in the Phoenix area so it doesn't really get cold but I'm wondering if it's insulated. Is there a way to tell? If it isn't, what can I do to reduce the noise?

Cleo, I work at the end of a runway so I do know what you mean about noise. I Have my doubts that just adding roof insulation will help that much. A few years back there was a grant to help the people in the area that included insulation, siding & windows. You could check with airport and see if they are aware of any help available. Greg
