Coleman electric furnace

I have A coleman electric furnace (model EB12B)that blows heat sometimes and at other times blows cold.Last year I bought (from you guys )the whole coils and limit assembly and it worked.Now this year it started doing the same thing as before replacing the coils and limits. Now could this be the sequencer or something else. Before it would get lot colder than it dose now.I can set it on 68and it will be 60.Sometimes works fine when it dose start blowing cold I can trip the breaker and it starts blowing hot.
