Coleman Electric furnace model 3400-915
Hi,
T-stat, sequencer, elements and limits are most common faults. IF the elements were getting full power, they would be working.
Thanks,
Robert

Hi Sandi,
Volt-Ohm meter and an Ammeter (wrap around jaw clamp type).
At the element front drawer plates, there is a spade terminal on a white ceramic insulator at the left side end and right side end of each coil.
One meter lead on the terminal and the other on the metal plate or a screw and test each side of each coil for 120VAC.
Do this with t-stat calling for heat.
That will tell you if power is getting through the t-stat, sequencers and limits.
If not, will need to test them individually.
If it is, then use the ammeter to test amp draw from each coil by clamping jaw around wire going to element coil from sequencer with t-stat calling.
Need to wait about a minute to allow time for all sequencers to close if working.
Thanks,
Robert
