problem is when the when i hook the thermostat up the fan will work but the heat coils dont if i unhook the thermostat the heat coils will work but the fan dont i cant seem to get them to work together i already changed the relay for the fan and all the wires are connected as by the diagram please help me im stumped

The t-stat and sequencers control the coils and blower in heat mode. I would suspect the sequencer as most likely.
