Windows won't open

I have a 1995 Homes of Merit Pine Manor mobile home and some of my windows won't open. I have even tried prying them open. They are single hung windows designed to be opened by pushing up like in a stick built home. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi & Welcome. If this is a new problem that started with the onset of cold weather it could be a result of frost heave moving the home slightly.
If it has been an ongoing problem you can try some WD40 or spray silicone. The windows may be just plain too tight, has anyone used foam insulation around them? You MAY end up removing the windows and reshiming them to get them right. But if you going through that much work you may want to consider replacing them with a quality double hung window. Greg
