Coleman 7600 series furnace problem

We have a Coleman Presidential 7663 859 propane furnace in our mobile home. On a call for heat, the burner fires and when it reaches temp, the blower comes on. So far, so good but the blower seems to short cycle and only stays on for about 4 minutes, shuts off but the burner keeps firing. The furnace cycles about 15 times an hour. Also, the burner stays on after the blower shuts off. After the burner stops firing, the blower comes on again after 3 minutes. We've replace the limit and fan controls but it still won't cycle properly...what to do next?

Hi,

Be sure the t-stat heat anticipator is set correctly for your furnace. Also inspect the burner tube and the burner orifice behind the gas valve for blockage (spider-web-eggs).

Once all is ok there, it it continues, will need an hvac tech out to troubleshoot circuits and sequence of cycle for the correct diagnosis.

Thanks,
Robert

I did check the anticipator setting and it matches the amp rating on the gas valve. I will check the orifice & tube and go from there. Thanks again.
