i have replaced t-stat,fan relay switch along with the tranformer, sequencer and limit switches but the blower still runs but at a much lower rpm after the furnace shuts down it heats normal and the ac cools normal.

Can you clarify that somewhat, a little confusing about the "after furnace shuts down" part ?

Try replacing the run capacitor if it has one on the side/top of the blower housing. That will cause it to run slow if it is bad.

Also be sure that you have 240vac at the blower leads molex plug connection to the motor.

Thanks,
Robert

What i mean by after furnace shuts down the blower motor continues to run but at a lower rpm. This furnace has no capacitor i had the central air added later everything worked fine until the last couple of weeks.

Test both motor leads to ground to see if one is getting 120vac to motor.

Thanks,
Robert
