Hey everyone...

Now that we've got it down to the studs and subflooring, we were curious as to what order we needed to proceed? Do we repair the floors and do the plumbing first? Or do we have an electrician come in before we do the walls? Do we do the walls before the floors?

Very confusing.

Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated!

First thing, get the roof & walls weather tight, Make sure there are NO leaks, otherwise everything you do is in risk of being ruined.

Next, is the home level? if not relevel it now or everything you do will be off.

Since the plumbing runs under the floor, do it now and save yourself a LOT of time. Check with your Electrician, it will be easier for him to work with every thing open.

After the utilities are in place start replacing the floors & walls. Greg
