Coleman EB10C V/S Miller UltraFlex 10K

Hello all, we have just purchased a 12X46 1977 MH. It has a Miller gas furnace currently, we have no gas service available and at our current electric rate 8.6 cents a kw, electric is cheaper. I'd thought about converting it to propane or using a vent less propane heater, but propane is between $3.20 and $4.00 a gallon here.

So my question is which furnace is the best of the two, the Coleman EB10C or the Miller UltraFlex 10K? I have been unable to find any info on the Miller, Nordyne has an Ultraflex is this the same furnace?

We need one that is reliable and can get parts for when needed.

Thanks for any insight on this decision.

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Both are good and we tend to stay away from brand recommendations.

Nordyne owns Miller, so yes it is the same furnace.

We have all parts for both furnaces if/when needed.

Thanks,
Robert
