Hi, I'm in the process off replacing my tub in my 1985 72 ft mobile home. I was wondering if it was ok to tile around the walls for a tub surround or will the tiles pop off in time due to the trailer shifting from frost and what not. Some tips would be appreciated, thanks,Steve.

Steve, Hi & welcome. Personally I would stay away from tiles on the walls & floors for just the reasons you mentioned. Mobiles are built to flex, tiles, not so much. Greg

I put marble tile in the kitchen of my old house. The floor had a little flex in it. it all had to be ripped out. If you go with tile (I'd recoment the waterproof tub suround walls instead) pick a small tile, and maybe some sort of a rubberized "grout" that will flex some.
