What R-value insulation to use under floor, in Maine

Hi all! I live in Maine and need to replace an area of insulation in the underbelly of our 2004 double wide, the area is about 8'x3'. I need to know what R-value the insulation should be? It looks to be about 7" thick. I cannot find anywhere in the house a chart that lists the R-values. I looked in the fuse box panel and there is a sheet in there where I think it should be listed, but its no. I also looked under the cabinet at the kitchen sink and near the hot water heater. Although rare, it can get as cold as -40F here in Maine.
