Hello
Furnace ran all night, disconnected thermostat, no effect, have to manually shut down breakers.
Don't think thermostat has anything to do with it, limit switch (actually nothing is connected to it), transformer, any ideas?

If that is an electric furnace, probably a bad sequencer or contactor.
