We are in the process of getting quotes on replacing our furnace and AC.
One place tells us if we install a Coleman 70,000 BTU 80% furnace with Carrier 3 ton N-coil and 3 ton 16 SEER A/C unit we will qualify for the government rebate at 30% of the total cost of both units (which is about a $1400 rebate).
Another place tells me that it will not qualify at all, do you guys know who is right?
Thanks,
Susan

Best to contact Carrier to see if it is part of the program for the rebates on those units.

Be aware that any gas furnace must be mobile home rated and the blower motor of any furnace must be compatible with mobile home ducts.

Thanks,
Robert
