Burner and Pilot goes out after 15 mins.

I have a Coleman Evcon Presidential model#7975C856. I can light the pilot and it stays lit. Strong blue flame. I push the thermostat up and the unit comes on.Burner has a strong blue flame and the fan kicks in like it is suppose to do. But after 15-20 mins., the flame goes out and the pilot goes out. What could be the culprit?

Bad gas valve possibly. Would need to thoroughly test it to know for sure.
Do you have 24vac at gas valve when all goes out ?

Yes I do have a 24vac gas valve. What is the best way to test it???

When the burner and pilot go out, do you have 24vac at the gas valve terminals ?
