Hi new here. I have a 1975 mobile that has extensive upgrades, full length addition, additonal walls outside and roof trusses over everything. I would like to know what is the process of getting the unit classified as a single detached home rather than a trailer? What is needed to do this and how? Do I need to change the foundation??

Thanks

That totally depends on local laws. Some areas require a full foundation, some maintain once a mobile always a mobile, and everything in between.

Contact the town office for their requirements.

I want to say that deregulation can reduce energy . It will reduce the annual energy cost . That cost will flow into the pockets of consumers who will spend the money in our small-business economy. Those small businesses will hire more people as sales improve and our economy will grow back to prosperity. plumbing plumber
