Coleman 4000-7121C Roof Jack

Is this roof jack compatible with the DFAH066BBSA furnace? I need to replace an old COAT066BDB with a 4000-7121C roof jack. I'd like to use the DFAH066BBSA furnace if the old roof jack will fit.
The reason I'm not replacing the roof jack is the home had a new raised ridge metal roof installed this past summer over the existing roof jack flange making it impossible to remove the old roof jack without removing the new roof. The old jack seems to be in good shape but I do plan to replace the crown assembly.
