Puppy ate window sill

Yes, you read that correctly. :)

My son had a puppy that decided to eat the window sills inside when he was teething, I think.

These look to be pressed and laminated, I have a 2008 Clayton Esprit with double hung windows through out. So now that the puppy is gone (son moved) the wife wants me to replace the sills.

The work shouldn't be a problem. However finding the window sills seems to be the problem.

I have looked everywhere, including the parts section here, with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your best bet is to make your own. It is really an easy job and there is no wrong way to do it, all it needs to do is look good.

You could use some Oak plywood & molding, or even some good looking paneling. Oak planks, pine stained to any color you want. Just play with a few designs and see how it looks.

HI, at homedepot sells some white laminated marble strips for cutting for window sills.i have used them in many homes..they look great... they sell the same marble for door sills...
