I have a Coleman Evcon DRHS0601CB heat pump. Intermittently the blower will start, but the condensor unit won't. The contactor clicks about every 30 seconds but won't hold. I have 24 volts going to the control board. Coming out of the control board I am getting about 12 volts. When the contactor clicks the voltage spikes upward momentarily. I have recently replaced the start run cap the condensor fan motor and the contactor. Do I need a new control board.
Please do not tell me to call a pro. They came out an told me that I needed to replace the unit. They didn't even take the panel off to look at it. They "added" freon and charged me over $500. The pros around here are crooks.
Blower starts, but condensor won't.
