May I please have ability to post pictures? Thanks. Also, are there instructions somewhere?

Click on "Post reply" not quick reply
Click on "Upload attachment"
Choose what file you want to upload
You can then place it "in line" (in the text body) or as an attachment at the end.
Remember to resize the picture to make it fit, you may have to pay with your resize settings. I see mine is still a little big.
